All scores are calculated using PRSice2 tool (https://www.prsice.info/).

The scores are produced and standardized for each batch separately. No special preprocessing on top of the standard genotype QC is done. Therefore it is **very important** to include genotyping batch, age, sex and at least two first genetic principal components as covariates when analyzing predictive ability of your polygenic scores. These standard covariates can be also downloaded from NoDa "Genetics" table. If reasonable, you may also want to include other study-specific coavariates.
